suspended immediately and without prior notice. A ₦4,000 chargeback processing
fee will be applied, in addition to any outstanding balance caused by the
chargeback. All fees must be paid in full before your services can be restored. To avoid
this, please contact our support team directly to resolve billing issues instead of
issuing a chargeback.
If Destined Host successfully disputes a chargeback and the bank or
provider returns the funds to us, any duplicate payment that results will be applied to
your account as service credit.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time,
with or without prior notice, particularly if you violate these Terms and Conditions.
Accounts with overdue payments may be suspended temporarily. If the outstanding balance
is not cleared within 30 days from the due date, the account—including all associated
data, websites, and services—may be permanently terminated and unrecoverable.
It is your responsibility to ensure timely payment to avoid service interruption or data
loss.
